I pick my sushi restaurants by how well they prepare their sashimi bowls. I won't visit or get take away from a sushi spot more than once if I don't like the chirashi / sashimi bowl.
I'm pleased to say the sashimi A4.Sashimi rice bowl was quite delicious with fresh sashimi sliced to just the right thickness for thick cut sushi. The rice was well made and the lettuce was a nice touch. Unexpected but very good and crunchy.
I was not a fan of the miso E8.Miso soup. For me it was a little too salty. But otherwise it arrived warm and ready to eat.
I love surf C21.Surf clam nigiri and seeing it on the menu had me ordering it no hesitation. It was a presentation of the clams and they tasted fresh.
I will be ordering from this establishment again and might even show up in person.

Eel bowl was ok nothing special. Bengee G1.Bengee house special combo was good. B16.Super salmon roll had super thin salmon like paper thin. Not worth the $ and its not a "super" salmon. Barley anything. B5.Bake salmon roll was ok but super saucy. Not really any salmon.over all very skimpy with the fish but good flavor

The Any Two Roll Special is amazing and made perfectly. The miso soup was still warm and so delicious! Overall this rest is a 10 out of 10!

The rice was not cooked. Extremely hard rice some even crunching not in a good way. The uni was bitter and dark not fresh. portions were small. The fish was ok but not the best. Had higher expectations. Ended up only eating the fish in our rolls and charashi.

Wow! I tried to save money and just order the cheap stuff. I was thoroughly impressed. This place has their stuff together. Highly recommend this place even if you just get the cheap stuff it's way underpriced. Above and beyond
