The HIBACHI CHICKEN RICE (Serves 2) is always delicious & it's also so good leftover. The KIDS HIBACHI CHICKEN & STEAK* is honestly a perfect portion for me!

Honestly everything was pretty bad. Didn't taste anything like the Benihana I know. They gave me about 1 tbsp of dressing for my salad. And the chicken fried rice was overcooked/mushy and tasted like boiled chicken noodle soup. There was no salt or seasoning on it at all and it was most definitely not "fried." 👎🏼👎🏼

I ordered the 24oz. chicken hibachi chicken rice. it was approx 99% rice. maybe one chicken breast and one egg. a tiny veggie here and there, NO garlic sauce! So, $26 for fried rice without much of anything in it, including what makes Benihana rice the best.
The Dasher made another delivery on the way to us. DD should assign one driver per meal. I waited a long time and paid a lot of money.
The HSR was also sparse and bland. No egg or veggies or garlic. Boo.
I tried to call but no one ever answers their phone.

family size portions aren't worth ordering online. You get much less individually (half the portion) than in person. I got 2 small containers this size to split between 4 people plus the filet for over $100. The taste of the food was perfect though!

I recently placed a pickup order and was very disappointed with the portion size for the price I paid. I spent $45 on a single entrée, and the quantity was surprisingly small. There was more rice than anything else and the rice was packed separately on the side. There really isn’t any reason the main container couldn’t have been filled appropriately for what I was charged.
To make matters worse, I was also missing side items from my order. I shouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes home only to discover that the portion is lacking and items are missing. At that point, it’s inconvenient to turn around and resolve the issue.
It’s frustrating because it feels like when you order takeout these days, both the quality and quantity are declining while prices continue to rise. For a $45 entree HIBACHI CHICKEN , I expected a satisfying portion and complete order. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing and I'm not sure if I would order again.
