It was good tasting, my only dissatisfaction was the portion, for the price I was expecting a bigger burrito but it was well cooked and flavorful and I'll order again

This HIBACHI SHRIMP BURRITO was literally the smallest burrito I've ever been served. It took me 3 bites to finish. It costs $16 for that and the HIBACHI STEAK* BURRITO for $18 was even smaller!! This was absolutely ridiculous. The burrito was smaller than my remote. I've gone to other Benihana's and ordered the same burrito and I couldn't even finish it, because it was such a good portion. I would NEVER order this again.

Chicken was dry and old tasting. Not worth the money. Everything was over cooked. Quality has gone down tremendously.

My food was completely cold when I received it. They never updated the doordash console that it was completed.  I was waiting outside for 30 mins for my order to be completed because it kept saying "being prepared" and I figured like every other restaurant today Benihana was backed up.  I went in and asked how much longer the order would be.  And the hostess picked up a bag at the table and handed it to me.  The bag felt cold like it was sitting for a while.

I didn't get half my order.  I was missing the rice.  I got two tiny shrimp for my shrimp appetizer. 3 pieces of zucchini.  The soup was mainly the onion and mushrooms no broth.  The salad container was barely full.  The gyoza dumplings didn't come with sesame soy sauce.  The chicken and steak were overcooked.  And I didn't get the extra sauces I requested.  I only 1 yum yum sauce.  Not even a ginger sauce.

This was my Valentine's Day Dinner for myself and it was the worst experience I have had with Benihana.

Rice and soup were both amazing, but they really gave us two spoonfuls of soup for $7.50.
