The Stuffed Cabbage That Made Us Famous was meaty and full! Great portion size! The Ronnie's Old-fashioned Chicken Soup (With a Kreplach)was great too! Fantastic Kreplach! Very meaty and fresh. The Chocolate Babka was moist too!

Over $18 Pastrami sandwich wow can't believe how small it is this time! Plus the bread was completely soaked on the bottom. Last time it was much bigger & better .Very disappointing. As for the matzoh ball soup I asked to please add some carrots, there's more carrots then there was actual Chicken Soup (With a Matzo Ball) half the container was full of carrots it was ridiculous, Plus I was charged an extra $5 for carrots! I meant a few, not scoop fulls! It was just not as good today.
The Our Own Round Baked Knishes was incredibly soggy as well. Hopefully it's better next time! When I had it a wk or 2 ago it was great! So I dont know what happened today. It's hit or miss sometimes, I guess.

Ben's corned beef and pastrami sandwiches are the gold standard. However, I was looking forward to the chopped liver and ordered the chopped liver "appy". Don't bother! It's a smidge of chopped liver over salad. I wish they offered a simple container of chopped liver on DoorDash.

Ben's is an inferior quality restaurant. When I called to complain that they gave me 4oz. of meat on a $20 sandwich, the woman said that she was justified in serving me 4oz. of meat for $20. They gave me a pastrami sandwich that they claim is overstufffed when it had barely any meat on it and it was mostly fat. They just lost my business after 30 years of being a customer.

Roast beef sandwich was rare and delicious. My only complaint is that they never remember to put the Russian dressing in the bag.
Cole Slaw here is always delicious.
