32 Oz Upgrade The drinks don't have ice. They are flat and they're just the syrup. Thick and disgusting. Oh, also the cups are paper and the drinks are literally soaking through and leaking everywhere. Don't waste your money.

Never have any flavor powders. And the pretzel was not the soft and fluffy pretzel. Regular customer and this was the first bad experience

The Jalapeno Cheese Pretzel wasn't packaged well in the bag it was upside down and fell out of the bag and if I hadn't been paying attention it would've ended up on the floor.
