Honestly- I don't even care about the food yet. The customer service when I called the store for a adjustment on my order was amazing. I spoke to two employees who were absolutely joyful, friendly and they straight did their thing with their job. Laura and Dwayne made sure my order was correct and their customer service was stupendous.

I have had food from here before and usually love it but today it tasted and looked like it was old and had been sitting around for a day or two. not fresh at all and really disappointing

The lasagna noodles were incredibly undercooked. First bad meal I've ever gotten from Bertucci's.
