Third time in just over a week - today 1/13/22 went with lunch size portions to extend the taste buds. Chicken Piccata my favorite - today was perfect lemon with a dash of garlic. While Chicken Parmesan was tender meat with nice portion of melted cheese - the tomato sauce was good - just added some home hot pepper flakes. Rolls perfect. Salads nice snack for later.

Usually I love this place but today was not so good. I ordered the family size lasagna and family size chicken and broccoli mine you they both were $24 roughly so to me that is not single size. When we got the order there was one slab of lasagna that my boyfriend could eat by his self I had to feed 6 people by the way. Then the chicken was a little bigger but still not feeding more than 2 ppl. Also everything was bland and it usually isn't so I don't know if the restaurant is cutting back on stuff I dont know.

Never had Bertucci's before and never will again. Wings were way undercooked and slimy. Salad was brown and the freshest thing about it was the croutons which is stale bread. Chicken parm sandwich was burnt chicken and very bland and it was wrapped in paper which stuck to the melted cheese and had to be picked out of the sandwich. Rigatoni vodka arrived cold and was mushy pasta with zero taste. We threw it all away after a couple bites and had to get lunch elsewhere. Waste of $60+

Garlic knots were over cooked, and not good. The cookie was not done enough. Still cookie dough in the middle. Seems like quality went down here. Use to be good. I'll try one more time.

Tasteless Mac & Cheese that was cold and the Cacio E Peppe was cheap cheesy bread that looked nothing like the picture. Don't bother.
