I love the chicken & broccoli with lemon pepper cream sauce. However today, there was very little sauce & it was only in the center of the pizza...it wasn't spread out. The broccoli & chicken were all in the center as well, which made the pizza mostly plain crust.  I'll give it another try eventually .

The artisan Chicken, Bacon & Ranch wasn't described as an individual pizza for $22 which left all of us hungry. There really should be some sort of disclosure about the size

While the Classic Margherita was fine, the Chicken Parmesan was completely burnt. Burnt to the point where the breading was black, and much of it was inedible.

My food was cold after waiting over an hour for them to remake part of my order. I ordered a personal pizza and wings. The wings that they "remade", because they overcooked the first set, wasn't even hot, and the pizza was stone cold with a lot of oven gristle all over it. Subpar for what I remember Bertucci's to have been.
