• 3/21/24I lived in Taiwan for over ten years. The Bubble Milk Black Tea and 12. Spicy Beef Noodle are absolutely legit. The portion is enormous: one order could fill up two people. It's like a quart of broth. Al dente noodles. Everything kept separated until you mix it when you're eating it. Truly spicy: their jalapeño are even fresh - that tells you everything. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, run by a family, and very friendly. Zero bad things to say.

• 3/20/26Be's is one of my all time favorite restaurants. They never disappoint. I usually get the same thing every time - crispy egg rolls and the chicken 15. Chicken Vermicelli. It's consistently excellent and huge portions!

• 4/11/25Not a fan of the banh mi. It was a large sandwich and had lots of meat. I prefer pate and didn't seem like any were in it. The pork is grilled regularly and I thought it was marinated with the Chinese style char sui sauce.The pickled diakon and carrots didn't taste like it pickled enough. Thai tea was a bit watered down. Like it was made hot and then ice thrown in.

• 1/31/25This is by far the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve had yet especially for takeout. You can tell they really care about their business. The meat and all the fresh vegetables were separate. The broth was piping hot. Definitely hit the spot on a sick day!!

• 3/24/24The best Vietnamese restaurant in the Charlotte area! The Bahn Mi cold cut is top tier with incredible bread and good pate. The pork chops over rice were amazing and the Pho was delicious and carefully packaged for delivery.
