They did it again!
It's my second order from Besa's, the standard pizza was amazing (did one cheese and one pineapple + pepperoni), if you're looking for that cartoon-esque style gooey melty stretchy foldable slice that isnt drowning in grease, this is your spot.
The new thing we tried this time was an order of their Bowl Gypsy Sauce ... it was beautifully made, a great and spicy add to the pizza, I had to stop myself from drinking the entire bowl dry, joking but kind of not. Think of it more as a bruschetta-style topper than your typical marinara, so good! (even came with a nice side of Italian bread, tysm for that!)
The only feedback for Besa's is, personally, I wouldn't mind paying a dollar more for the sauce if it meant it could be shipped in something a little more spill proof than the bake tins. In my case, I think my driver's route included taking many turns causing a lot of the olive oil at the top of the sauce to seep out of the top, through the bag, and a good bit onto the pizza box which was under it (not a big deal, the pies where safe, but you know certain people would make a big deal out of it. Either way the gypsy sauce was amazing, and very much appreciated, the portion size the perfect amount for pairing with the two pizzas.

First time ordering from Besa's. Overall a great value.
I much preferred their standard Cheese style pizzas vs their thick Sicilian (Thick Crust) - Cheese . It's not that there is anything wrong with the flavor of the Sicilian or the amount of ingredients, it's just that the cheese is so gooey that its more enjoyable in more managable bites with a bit more of a cheese vs more of a bread situation going on (at least with the amount of crust currently on the Sicilian).
In short, it's a good family style pizza place at a great price. Best value is in the regular pies if only feeding 1-3 people ... a Sicilian if you're feeding a group of 4-5 and need to be sure people are full.
The tiramisu and manicotti looked great in pictures online, will have to order that next time.

I've been eating Besas since 2006, & the food has Never once disappointed me! It's always delicious! I love adding pineapple to the meat lovers, cause the smokiness of the meats (specifically the Canadian Bacon) with the sweetness of the pineapple, is perfect! I've got a really good Italian restaurant within 5 minutes of me, but I always end up ordering Besas because it's simply better! The Chicken Pasta / Entrees are all super delicious as well!
Plus the staff is always friendly & accommodating too!

Second time ordering, and not disappointed. ordered a pizza with 3 toppings I chose: green olives, feta cheese and spinach... going for a Mediterranean feel... they were very generous with their toppings and pizza was nicely cooked, crispy. Had it delivered with no problems

The smokiness of the ham they use, with the sweetness of the pineapple, and adding ricotta cheese, OMG it's always soooo good!! And the staff is always super friendly with me! Six stars
