My sandwich sint even cooked I think my cheese still all in one good looking new piece not melted lol but my donut was so hot it made my bag soaking wet and all the chocolate was melted makes sense

For how much you charge for donuts on a DoorDash delivery you'd think you would send us one that doesn't look like you washed dishes with it

all the Donuts were great but that was the 4.Apple Fritter was the absolute best one I've ever had!!

Woke up this morning and ordered 2 bow tie donuts. picture shows cinnamon and sugar. there isn't a spot that says you need to request it be glazed, cinnamon and sugar, or iced. even if there was, based off the picture being cinnamon and sugar you would assume that would be the main one if not specified. i recieved 2 glazed. wouldn't be a big deal if my son didn't have autism and would eat them, but he unfortunately turned them away. I called the store to try and get them replaced and the owner hung up on me, then when i called back he asked me if he could call me back in 30 minutes. he said doordash selects the photos for him, yet the photos are from his store. they aren't random google searched photos based off descriptions. Originally I called to see if the donuts could be replaced, since i spent $10.28 on 2 donuts and i never recieved the correct ones and my son wouldn't eat the ones they sent. By the end of the call i was requesting a full refund and the owners response was "call doordash" and hung up. Doordash has gratefully refunded my $10.28 but I will never be purchasing from this store again. If i could give 0 stars I would.
