I got a BYO Sandwich 2 which I did a bacon egg and cheese croissant, it tasted old and bland except the one spot that had concentrated pepper on the egg. The Hashbrown Patty was stale/old and somewhat rubbery. Portions sizes were good though. This is my 2nd bad experience with food from this shop. I won't be trying a 3rd.

Rappin' Rashad was so super greasy I couldn't eat it. The bagel was almost saturated with grease. And so was the bag. The Diesel Hasselhoff was less greasy.

LOVE their iced Matcha Latte! Sweet cream cold foam is so good. The BYO bagel option is great! Bagels were soft and fresh. Their Asiago one is definitely my fav. Overall love this place.

Stick to going in store if you want bakery items.
Every time we order they are out of most items. Had $126 refunded this round. We understand they are small, but if they offer online ordering they need to pay attention to what's listed.
They also need to label their tubs of cream cheese. The veggie and jalapeño cheddar look and smell similar. Don't always want the kids figuring out what's what on accident.
Definitely prefer going in and will continue to go that route instead of online. Love them that way.
