Food tasted great. I ordered for pick up, the lady who worked the front was very nice. I put the fries as a side order with my Single Burger and it got hidden with the add ons, so they did not put them in. I went back inside to let them know that the fries were missing and they were so polite and understanding. Checked my order, placed it in and resealed the bag to keep everything warm. Awesome customer service, will be back again! The fries were so good.

In my own opinion the burgers was over priced for the size of the burger I honestly felt I was eating a 20 dollar quarter pounder from mcdonald the food arrived cold which is understandable because it was delivery but the portion size of the burger for the price was disappointing the patties tasted like the frozen patties from Walmart will never order from here again

Very quick delivery to Universal resort excellent food not soggy burger crispy fries delicious would definitely re-order worth the price considering where we stay couldn't be happier. Wife said they were the best friend she ever had garlic Parmesan.

Underwhelming burgers, skimpy (yet pricey!) toppings, and barely a handful of fries for $4+. Plus the wait for our dasher was over an hour. Not a fan.

Food was good, we had the peanut butter burger and chicken tender sandwich. But they charged me for extra mayo and ketchup, but never gave us any mayo. Even though most places will give condiments for free and it was a ripoff to have to pay $3, we still agreed to pay. But to not include the mayo, not very good service and order accuracy.
