so delicious! ,, however the smores ice cream tastes nothing like chocolate or marshmallow and tastes only like basil. like thai basil. needless to say Im very confused. love your ice cream normally though !!

I had a quart of Vanilla Bean. I love this ice cream! It has a medium, smooth and creamy consistency with rich vanilla bean flavor.
Full of real cream and vanilla flavor even though I saw very few traces of vanilla bean specks.
It was firm and solid yet soft (no melting) when delivered. It was the perfect consistency. I put it in the freezer for about 2 hours until I was ready for some.
My freezer usually freezes items to a hard solid within an hour. However, the consistency had not changed for this ice cream. I was able to dip out scoops without any problems. Again, "perfect. "

The Lavender Honey is my favorite here but I ordered a pint and it had alot of ice particles in it which is a big pet peeve of mine with ice cream. Maybe just a fluke.

I've ordered Goat Cheese with Apricots and Candied Walnuts several timesand loved it every time except this time. Walnuts tasted off, almost rancid. Had to toss it out
