was great to eat, the burger was a bit wet but that may have been because of the heat and the fresh lettuce that was used, it still was great especially as i was starving lol! The burgers patties was well seasoned and the burgers sauce was perfect, the whole meal was a good portion for someone who can't eat alot but still wants a decent meal. Would definitely order again!

The burger bun was dry and bland. Tasted stale.
The meat was tough, overcooked and dry.

The items were mostly cold when they arrived, and the crinkle cut fries not worth the money given the small portion (cup only 3/4 full). Two times I ordered were missing. I won't order from Betty's again - usually love their food but just not worth it. Bring back the original fries!
