burger was yum got Betty's Double (4070 kJ) very filling on its own and great flavour Truffle Fries (2820 kJ) were stone cold as were Onion Rings (1430 kJ) but all in all definitely great burger

They do one of the best chicken burgers I've had, the thin cut fries are delicious and the drinks are massive!

$14 salad. Going for a few leaves of green lettuce and a quartered tomato is a joke. The fries were cold and soggy. the burger bread from the chicken burger was burnt. Only the Betty's Classic Burger was great, even if it was almost cold. the ordered mayo wasn't delivered .

I like BB and frequent there but recently they changed their fries and its not the same anymore! I don't like the latest changes to their fries.
Please change it back to the old version which pairs well with the overall appeal. The new fries is unhealthier with more oil soaked cos its hard and crispy. Its more overcooked which is gross
