the Crispy Chicken was good but a little too salty, still loved it though and every other time it has been beyond perfect! The Small Sprite tastes way better than any other sprite ive had, tasted fresh and very bubbly:) Love u betty's.

All beef burgers were dry no enough sauce and were cooked so hard . We ordered 7 burgers and we got extra one, I am not sure if it was by mistake any way thanks for that . However all burgers with no labels so we had to open each burgers to check which order is ? Also the chips quantities in each were not same so we got two of them with less chips . Looks someone eat from it or not was full . The branch in melbourne state much better .

My partner got the Betty's Double (4070 kJ) and was highly disappointed. The patty's were very grisly, and there was so much mustard on it that the taste was overpowering and the bacon was burnt to a crisp.
I got the Betty's Classic (2920 kJ) add pineapple and no tomato, changed the sauce to bbq, and it was very nice. I can honestly say the pineapple made all the difference though. without it, the burger would have been a bit plain.

Chicken was burnt and overcooked. The portion size was good though, tasted over cooked so i couldnt tell of freshness. I won't order again, its better just going in
