The buns were really burnt black and flat from overcooking and the beef patty were also burnt black and stiff and chewy through out. And there was hardly any cheese. Couldn't eat most of it. Very disappointed.

Shroom Burger (2745 kJ) Poor ingredient quality; overpriced. It lacked Gouda cheese. Betty's Deluxe (2865 kJ) The bacon was burnt and very greasy.

Season less chips, burger was wrapped wrong where all the cheese ended up on the wrapping and their chocolate thick shake is sickly sweet.

Had this place a couple of times. Burgers above average but dont wow (would happily eat them frequently though). However, the fries always without fail come absolutely cold and undercooked. Will probably not order from here again now
