Anyone who wants something refreshing, delicious and HEALTHY needs to come to Tru Bowl Superfood Bar. I regularly order the Large Craft Bowl 24 Oz with acai, greek yogurt, peanut butter, various nuts, flax seeds, cinnamon, various nuts and low glycemic fruit (NO agave, honey, pineapple or other high glycemic fruits and add-ons). I just got my lab results, and my doctor is elated with my A1C (blood sugar) number, my cholesterol beautiful, etc. Even though I forego the chocolate/high glycemic options, I miss NOTHING in flavor and satisfaction! I feel full for a good 5 hours! No lie! Give it a try. You won't be sorry!

This coffee I swear by, COMPARES TO NO OTHER !!! Very scrumptious, tasty and also filling !!! Ordered today for pre workout to get me in a good energized mood lol. Nothing makes me happier than this kaffee :)

As always, Tru Bowl's Large Craft Bowl 24 Oz did NOT disappoint! It was beyond delicious, super filling and very healthy! I eat one for breakfast several times a week, and as a diabetic Type II, have seen improved blood sugars to the point that I am now considered "controlled" diabetic. I have also lost weight while enjoying these yummy bowls. I stay away from adding agave, chocolate, honey, etc. Instead, I use a base of acai, Greek yogurt and a scoop of peanut butter (healthy fat) and top it with chia seeds, cinnamon, apple, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, walnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Divine!

10/10 is not enough for this masterpiece. my fav place to get açaí bowls now fs. fresh, flavorful, healthy and not overwhelming.

Gal behind the counter was super friendly. Acai blended drink was good but the turkey and cheese panini was underwhelming. Think it was missing the turkey but none the less, it was still overall disappointing for a $11 sandwich.
