Ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium well.. got raw no bacon.. fried egg that was supposed to be hard.. is runny.. turkey burger was raw... a horrible experience and recommend 5 guys

BOTM was great. Sweet potato fries were lukewarm and the cup they arrived in was half empty. Usually this vendor does a much better job.

The burger was good I got the Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger, the Tater Tots had a lot in them and they were fine. But I had ordered a Strawberry Shake and somehow got mint chocolate chip and Oreo pieces?? I don't even know how thats possible. Luckily I dont mind, a shake is a shake, but im very confused on how a mistake like that can be made. The reason why its watery is cause I saved it for later, got really confused when I looked at it later.

Ordered med well, received rare. Too much ketchup and mustard so roll was soggy. Ordering here seems always a gamble what you will get.
