I recently ordered Aloo Puri from Bhojan Express, and it was absolutely fantastic! The puris were perfectly golden, soft yet slightly crisp, and not at all oily. The aloo sabzi was flavorful, with just the right balance of spices and a comforting homestyle taste. The portion size was generous, and everything arrived hot and fresh. If you’re craving authentic, delicious North Indian food, I highly recommend Bhojan Express – their Aloo Puri is a must-try!

Some of the most honest people serving the freshest food in the Bellevue/Redmond area. We love their giant fluffy Idly, Medhu vada, Bobbarlu vada, and paneer curry. Last time their Idlys were smaller than usual and they sent an extra to make up for the size difference. Loved their honesty!

biryani chicken was dry and not fresh. Too much oil/ghee. It seems 2-3 days old as chicken has weird taste.

The Mysore Masala Dosa was okay, but not quite extraordinary. The dosa itself was soft not crispy, with a decent golden-brown color. The masala filling inside was tasty and flavorful. Sambhar was also okay, not spicy.
