My rice was one giant hard brick. Like so bad couldn't even bite through it. I threw it out. Then my crispy chicken was so hard I could not eat that either. My bowl was mostly black beans. Like it was just a black bean dish. I ordered extra broccoli and got one piece. I ate some of it. Threw it away. A total waste of money.

This location skimps on the delivery food. I have walked into this store ordered a bowl and it is full. When I order delivery the bowl is low barely half full. Same price so I don't know why they do this.

Everything about this meal tasted off. It was cold, the rice was hard solid, the chicken tasted weird. And the yum yum sauce tasted expired. Usually I love bibibop but something was not right. Couldn't finish half the bowl.

I had a vegetarian bowl and all of my toppings on top of the rice didn't even fill half the bowl. It was certainly not enough food for the price and I'm still hungry.
