ive never had a bad meal from here. consistent, delicious and good portions for the price!

I preferred the old location. their garlic fries were much better. I have had Big Bear many times. I'm very disappointed how their portion sizes keep decreasing. $23 for a donair, I expect to get a good portion. I compare the size to a small snack wrap from KFC. the flavor is delicious, but too small.

The chicken Shawarma was okay but the portion size of the Falafel Wrap was small. Just two falafel balls smashed. I don't know what happened to this place but it used to be so good in terms of value and portion sizes. Even the fries are not seasoned like before

I never write reviews, but I'm really disappointed. Ordered fries because we wanted the gravy. Gravy wasn't in the bag. The bowl we ordered was missing stuff and was blah. The top of the pizza was really cooked. For the price, it wasn't worth it. It is better to order during the day and not in the evening. Definitely, not the same quality.

messed up my order :( gave me poutine instead of garlic fries. the donair was very messy, half the ingredients were outside of the pita despite it already being wrapped. the portion size was also so small for 23$. very sad because i usually love this place.
