first time ordering by delivery. was not expecting much as delivery is hard to get hot. I had smash burger and fries that came so fast and was hot. honestly, best burger and fries in town. huge portion. you need a big appetite. I could barely get through half so I shared with friend.

I preferred the old location. their garlic fries were much better. I have had Big Bear many times. I'm very disappointed how their portion sizes keep decreasing. $23 for a donair, I expect to get a good portion. I compare the size to a small snack wrap from KFC. the flavor is delicious, but too small.

I never write reviews, but I'm really disappointed. Ordered fries because we wanted the gravy. Gravy wasn't in the bag. The bowl we ordered was missing stuff and was blah. The top of the pizza was really cooked. For the price, it wasn't worth it. It is better to order during the day and not in the evening. Definitely, not the same quality.

messed up my order :( gave me poutine instead of garlic fries. the donair was very messy, half the ingredients were outside of the pita despite it already being wrapped. the portion size was also so small for 23$. very sad because i usually love this place.

The fries are great - this is re: the donair. I have taken one bite. $21 for this???? The last time I ordered one of these, it was enough to feed me twice...this is a snack at best!
