• 8/12/26Unlike most places, they packaged the onion rings in a brown paper bag. They were hot and crunchy when they arrived, not steamed and soggy like wrapping in foil. The burger was amazing, great flavor. The only issue was it was so juicy the bottom bun got a little soggy. But I still ate most of it. I say most because it was a lot of burger. Will eat there again.

• 11/13/24I order from Big Burger Spot whenever I'm dogsitting in KVille. I'm a picky eater, so I love the BYO option and it's my go-to. Every single time, the burger is exactly as ordered and insanely good. Never been disappointed or unsatisfied. I'm not a huge fan of super thick stacked burgers, or anything fancy, but if you are- these burgers are stars on their own without anything else, no extra stuff is even needed. Whatever they're doing, it's damn good. Great for fancy palettes and the common man's! 10/10 every time. Highly recommend.

• 12/30/25My burger was overcooked, and there was barely any blue cheese on the burger. The banana pudding was watered down and very mushy and I asked for a sweet sauce and got honey mustard. That's not the sauce I want and the driver forgot my drink.

• 2/4/24My driver Makayla was awesome and very helpful and nice. She delivered my food as courteous as any one could be. My burger and Cajun fries was awesome and very tasteful. I would always recommend this restaurant to any one.
