I have been obsessed with Big Tuna And Ichiban restaurant for so long. Im so happy that I can DoorDash and dont have to wait and dine in store. I always get the Crunchy Roll im obsessed with their tempura, it's more of a sweeter roll I would say so if you are into it id get this one. And you can never go wrong with the Japanese Taco especially for the price.

I expected the eclairs to be dusted with powdered sugar. But they were plain. The Mixed Tempura was good, a little oily as expected, and no sweet potato. Plenty of ginger and wasabi given. The California Roll was fresh and packed full. The deep fried Tempura Eclairs were just ok. I wouldn't get them again.

Ordered Lion King Roll , Mixed Tempura, Shrim Tempura Roll and Miso Soup
Mixed Tempura 7/10, fried okay, a bit bland on both shrimp and vegetables, sauce did not help, too watery
Shrimp Tempura Roll 6.5/10, thinly portioned which we found odd, tasted okay, nothing special.
Miso Soup, standard
Lion King Roll 6/10, Lion King roll is a nostalgic baked salmon roll, this one was cold, flavor was okay, but cold just kind of ruins it
Overall, comparable quality to AYCE sushi but for more individual prices, maybe Dine-In is better experience

I hate to harp on a new business but I was really disappointed in my meal.
They were very fast with preparation and the dishes looked beautiful! But the sashimi bowl had a weird aftertaste that concerns me, and the sprouts in it were so frickin spicy!! And yes it was the sprouts and not the wasabi.
The edamame was slimy and just not super good.

Beef Teriyaki donburi was a great entree, very flavorful. The gyoza was crunchy, and very good as well. Lastly the sushi was great and fresh!! 10/10 recommended!!!
