I didn't receive my extra packet of ranch, only the single packet that came with the big city house salad. Wouldn't mind if it didn't cost. I received cinnamon knots instead of navy pier. Everything else (Chicago deep dish, spaghetti and meatballs and must include that salad) was such perfection that they've still earned their five stars. Absolutely delicious, just will pick up next time to be sure.

Boneless chicken wings are really just chicken nuggets because the sauce comes in a cup not on the chicken. Sandwich was burnt. Not just brown melted cheese, bread was brown and too hard to eat. They did offer to replace sandwich at a future date.

The Big City House Salad is fire 🔥🔥🔥 A meal in itself. Plenty of Cheese, Bacon, and Tomatoes. Definitely a winner 🏆

Asked for blue cheese dressing, says blue cheese on my recipt but got ceaser. Sandwich was good but not chicken parm as know it from NY. Not a lot of chicken and it wasnt a cutlet but chicken pieces. Flavor was great though. Haven't been able to try the salad yet gotta get the right dressing

Antipasto Salad was MASSIVE and tasty! Chi Town Meatballs were flavorful too, good sauce on'm.
