Goated Hawaiian BBQ. That garlic chili crunch was a goated touch.

For the ridiculous price I expected way more. The portions were already very small for what the price point is, but for an extra 6-7 bucks you get a very underwhelming extra portion of protein. The rice was, rice. The Mac salad was okay. The corn salad tasted awful and old and looked nothing like the photo. The chili crisp wasn't crisp at all and had no taste, which describes just about the whole meal, no taste. The Protein is the only thing that has any type of taste. The cabbage that the meal comes with had more taste than the other sides. Ordering a large bowl made no difference either. The coconut shrimp looks good at first glance but will taste like absolutely nothing. I can honestly say that those saying this is good Hawaiian bbq have probably not tried anything else in the vicinity. Ono Hawaiian bbq is way better than that with better prices and portions as well. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

Was excited to try this, the photos looked extremely tasty and was willing to spend a bit more to try something different bht for $26 dollars for a "large" bowl, I expected a lot more. The sides were bland and the sauces were okay. The chicken and beef were good just wish there was more of it. I ordered hot honey which was described as chili crunch mixed with honey but all I got was a straight container of honey with a slight kick and 3 flecks of chili flakes. Not bad overall, just all of it was lacking per expectations from descriptions and pictures. I'd order again however the price doesn't reflect the value. I'd give this a 6.5/10. Value I'd say is closer to $12-15 range for what you actually receive. Partner got the shrimp and chicken with kimchi and cucumber salad. Agreed that the sides were just ok and was disappointed at the small scoop of rice and still hungry after he cleaned the bowl. $65 dollars could have got us a much better meal at our usual local favorites. The proteins did have good flavor though.

This place is straight taxing people. The large mixed portion is a smedium when it comes to dishing out proteins
The box feels heavy because the box is filled with rice. For $23 duckets, the plate should've came with utensils and drink. the macaroni salad isn't even a Hawaiian styled recipe. It was good but something I would expect at a soul food restaurant. I respect the hustle.

Compared to the photos on the site and the cost compared to other hawaiin bbq, you get about 1/3 of the amount of food you usually get at other hawaiian bbq places for food that tastes OK. I was expecting normal hawaiian portions that were reflected in their photos. I paid $8 for chicken nuggets that had 5 chicken nuggets that barely had any chicken and were mostly breaded. Save your money and go elsewhere.
