Took a while but the food is delicious. The Monica sauce is fantastic. Large shrimp.

None of the food had any seasoning, not even the gumbo. No flavor. Strange color. Didn't look or taste like any gumbo I've ever had. Opted to toss it because it wasn't good at all. This is Louisiana, and we use seasonings and spice.

The chocolate chip waffles had very few chocolate chips, and they were flavorless. The grits were bland, too, and in desperate need of salt.

The food was awesome, we weren't sure what Cajun bread was, but it was awesome. So cheesy and flavorful.
