The Brisket Sandwich comes with two sides; which I chose coleslaw and baked beans. Overall, I would not recommend this item as it currently is. The brisket is either way under-seasoned or not seasoned at all. It tasted very bland that even the BBQ sauce could not help. The baked beans were good, but the coleslaw tasted very off. The combination of the slaw and the mayo/vinegar they use was very off putting - possibly spoiled.
The 1/4 Smoked Chicken comes with two sides; which I chose potato salad and baked beans. The chicken was outstanding. The meat was tender, the skin was properly seasoned and not overcooked. The baked beans were excellent, however, the potato salad was exceptionally bland. Additionally, it was not filled to capacity - rather a single, very small scoop of potato salad was provided.
Overall, it was a positive step forward compared to the last experience - but changes are recommended for the premium prices you are paying. Changes such as providing a full serving amount of BBQ sauce in the portion cups rather than a drizzle. .5 oz of sauce in a 2 oz cup is rather disappointing.

I rated this store poorly before then figured I better give it another try. Ordered my bun on the side. It was under my meat and soggy. Potato salad and green beans had no flavor at all. Brisket was dry. I chalenge this restaurant to go try Fatbacks in Quincy.

The pork tips were so tough I could not chew. The potato salad had no flavor.Both seemed old as they had been made days ago. very disappointing because usually the potato salad is good and the tips too this meal went in trash wasted money

Good flavor but man did it have a ton of fat in the brisket meat. Some fat is good but this was excessive.
