Burgers are delicious and large in size. When my eyes laid upon it, it instantly sparked my palletes curiosity, from the first bite i could tell the meat was of substance and good quality, the pickles were of the large size so i could feel the crunch and taste in every single bite, the balance between the ketchup and mustard was also not too much or too little but just right, its a good thing the proportion is of a generous size so that i could enjoy it while it lasted. As for the fryes, they are satisfactory and plentiful, so not much to complain about as they did the job. Unfortunately I was let down and heartbroken by the advertised size of their cookie as it was marked as "Jumbo", as I excitedly dug into the bag my heart dropped as my fingers curled around the cookie - that's when I knew, that was no Jumbo sized cookie, and as I took the cookie out and it was revealed upon me, the cookie seemed to be more of a "Big" sized cookie rather than "Jumbo. Sadly, it was 1in away in radius

Asked for no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no pickle and they put all of that on and I paid for extra bacon and only got what normally comes on a bacon burger. I paid extra for extra bacon and it was not on there. Very disappointed with the burger all the way around usually I love big Sammy's. This was a big disappointment.

Your Big Sammy's menu shows the double cheeseburger comes with crispy tater tots. We did not receive tater tots. We called Sammy's and they said on THEIR menu the double cheeseburger doesn't come with tater tots, and that it is a mistake on the Door dash menu. We were disappointed. You may want to check that out.
