First time ordering and wow, the food is phenomenal! So much flavor and seasoned perfectly!! The Chopped Cheese has so much meat and cheese and the yams are sweet and tasty ! Mac and cheese is alright. The Catfish also has a crispy batter and is also well-seasoned! This was my first time trying hush puppies and they were also yummy morsels worth snacking on. The portions are HUGE, all this could be my breakfast, lunch, dinner and then some! You will get more bang from your buck when you order from here. I'll certainly be ordering again!

Cornbread was stale , flavor was bland. Fried cat fish was way too salty - didn't include the hot sauce I paid extra for. Got 2 huge sides of Mac and cheese when I ordered yams. The Mac was not good at all. Very disappointed. And I ordered when they opened so no excuses for wrong sides and stale cornbread.

I have been waiting for months for the Hibachi Green Beans to be back on the menu and they were fantastic. The collard greens are always great, a staple of every order. I always order cornbread too, I eat it with butter and honey for desert. This was my first time trying the 2 Shrimp Tacos and they were very good; they don't skimp on the shrimp. It was a little sweet for my tastes, but still delicious.

this place gives good portions. It came with 8 wings, a bunch of onion rings and more mac n cheese than I thought. all taste very good. I got the big south sauce, it has a nice tangy, kinda mustard flavor to it.

Candied yam worked well with the saltiness of the collard greens. Smoked Ribs was flavorful. Smoked Oxtails was fall of the bone.
Ribs were good and I'll get it again. Oxtail was okay. I don't think I will get it again.
