First time ordering from store. We had the Classic Club and The One. All fresh ingredients, incuding the bread. They were delicious! Better than even expected. Definitely lived up to pictures. They blew other similar sandwich shops out of the water. Beware if you order the large. They are huge.

This was my first order from here. The Prime Club was the right balance of meat, cheese and veg. The horseradish mayo was great to add a little zest without being overpowering. I picked the onion bread which complemented the sandwich well. The large was so big this will be two meals for me. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

The (6) Chef Salad I got from here checked all the boxes.
super fresh ingredients, super flavor and the portion size I received surprised me as it was quite large.
I'll definitely be back for another salad here in the future.

The sandwiches are tasty and a good size for the cost. I order here all the time and only once have I ever had an issue with something and it was that the potato salad was out of date. So I would check the date on the bottom before going at it but otherwise, my experience has been great.

Love the turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce; wish it came with stuffing. Big Hero subs are far superior to their competition.
