Holy cow this was the best sandwich I've had in a long time! 1000x better than Subway, recommend highly!

The sandwhiches were tiny, they were 99% lettuce. The only reason I knew I was eating the (21) Very Berry Turkey was it had the ever so faint pink color on the bread. The (27) Turkey Bacon Avocado wasnt any better. For the price and lack of quality ther are 6 other sub shops in town to spend your money at over this place.
Mediocre, overpiced and micro sized makes this place a big fat waste of money and time. Try foode cafe instead

Do not eat these sandwiches...they taste horrible and are often made incorrectly. I didn't know roast beef could taste like ham, but apparently it can and it's gross. The meat was bad, the cheese was sad, and it took a long time to get a poorly made sub with bad bread. I don't leave reviews usually, but this has been so consistently bad the three times I have ordered it that I had to let people know. I loved BTH in Eugene, but this one is nothing like it.

Okay, so, the bread alone has me like "Omgggg whoa!" Probably the freshest and softest sandwich bread I've had ANYWHERE. And the sandwich tastes so so so good. Thank you Big Town Hero, you were a hero to my hunger today.

The sandwich was fine however this is like the 3rd time that the store has substituted something I ordered without asking what to substitute. I do not want the person at the store making a decision for me.
