They give you 4 small pieces of meat and pile in noodles and seaweed to look like there's more meat. Very disappointing...I was starving and looking forward to having some protein...might as well make this at home. Picture only shows 2 of the 4 pieces but you can see how small they are; also broth and meat are very salty.

Poor quality ingredients, prepared horribly. Small portions. Vegetable Tempura was soggy and mostly all zucchini and sweet potato. Tempura Cheesecake Bites were soggy, wet and undercooked. This was shockingly bad

I ordered the katsudon with pork. I lived in Japan and it was my favorite dish there. Big Tuna Sushi Bistro katsudon tastes exactly like it was in Japan. Yummy!! I will be a regular. Definitely is a must try for everyone!

I am a teacher, and I was given a gift card to Big Tuna from a special very appreciative parent of a sweet student of mine at my preschool. I have never been to this restaurant, but I’ve heard good things. When I reviewed the menu online, I was astonished with how many delicious choices there were and how unique and delicious the food sounded. I wanted to try everything. I was more than pleased when I entered the restaurant to place my order and the host greeted me immediately, and took my take-out order right away, and it was a busy Friday night, too. The atmosphere and ambience made you feel like you were in a cute city by the bay. It was packed with a line out the door, and yet I received my huge order within less than 15 minutes. These guys are professional and friendly. I felt very welcomed. And when I got to enjoy the Japanese tacos with their mouth-watering crab mix, unbelievably yummy tempura stuffed mushrooms, and out of the world panko salmon with sweet and spicy mango salsa, I was convinced—this is MY jam. Everything had just the right amount of spice, and crunch and sweetness. I was in heaven. I plan to try everything they offer. I will be back again, and again, and again. This is now my favorite place to eat in Chico.

This was our first time Door Dashing Big Tuna. Everything was delicious! We loved the 20% off deal for a couple of their rolls ( Mexican Roll and Coconut Shrimp Roll). We noticed there was a nice portion of yellowtail in the Hawaiian Roll. Everything was fresh and good quality. I'm glad we tried Big Tuna - we'll order from them again!
