The 24oz - Mythical Mocha tastes great! I'm love sweet and flavorful coffee drinks and this real hits the spot.

I've been a customer of the store for years and have used both the drive-thru and delivery service and it's always been top-notch. Unfortunately this time with my delivery they dropped the ball.
Both my drinks, 24 - Strawberry Sasquatch and 24 - Primate Peach perfectly fine but instead of giving me the 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies I ordered I they sent snickerdoodles. I really like their chocolate chip cookies and would have preferred to get something else if they were out or choose something else. Most of the time stores will notify you if that is the case but there was no notification about that so I'm not sure why they sent me these cookies. Hopefully the store will see this feedback for future reference. I'm only sharing this with the store and DoorDash because I really do like this particular store because their drinks are always delicious, made to your specification, they have great customer service. The photo is of the incorrect item I received.

I think I received the wrong size my 16oz - Mythical Mocha looks more like a 12oz and my 20oz - Abominable White Mocha look like a 16 oz, no whip cream on any of my drinks. Not impressed this time.

Big Foot Java is one of my go to but having it DoorDashed and not covered had me question if my drink was safe

Mythical Mocha was meh. Even with the extra shot I couldn't taste the coffee over the syrup. Disappointing as this is my "usual" and it's normally top notch.
