I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bragel. When my ordered arrived there was a note on my wrapper that said out of sausage. That is completely unacceptable. I should have been notified and given the option to cancel the bragel or order something else. I want a refund.

The latte wasn't sweetened and there was no foam on top. It tasted watered down and I ordered it hot, so ice wouldn't have made it watered down. Disappointed.

The Strawberry Punch Mocktail and The Scuba Iced are 2 of my most favorite drinks from Biggby! These are going to help me get through my long shift at work

Would be nice if the food was altogether in a bag with sticker closing the bag like other places do so that the customer knows it hast been tampered with.
