I don't drink cold coffee.. I ordered a caramel Marvel and received a Sweet Foam Caramel Cold Brew. Said the Caramel Marvel was "out"? Even if so, reach out to me about it. Ask me what I would want instead of getting me whatever you think I might like. It literally takes 2 secs.

Do y'all have something against cream cheese? Second time I've added specific cream cheese orders and nothin'...Perhaps someday? There also were no paperbags with the bagels - a little abnormal, but whatever. You came through with the win with my latte - it was delicious and made up for your cream cheese and bag shortage. I must say though, it would be nice to get what I pay for. Overall, food was fine. I'll go back. I'm too basic not to.

I usually have no issue with Biggby but the last two orders I've made for a 24 oz drink, they delivered a 20 oz. Do not appreciate paying for the 24 and being given the 20 oz.
