This was perfection.  Im a bbq snob that has had it all and cooked--very well-- for 20+ years.  More often than not, im disappointed, but dont say anything.   In this case, it was the perfect Texas bbq delivered to the door of my hotel room in <20 min.  The food wasnt fancy or some exotic flavor, but it was exactly as it should be.  Perfect smoke, perfect cut, pull, juiciness, etc...Ive had far worse food at far more "renowned" bbq shops.

extremely small portions for large price 🥴 coleslaw needed more vinegar & flavor and brisket was ok just a small portion .... bbq sauce was yum, fries were incredible

3 very small pieces of pork ribs ,few slices of sausage.The potato salad was a small portion of what seemed to be runny mashed potatoes with mustard thrown in.So very disappointed in Bighams , this is the 3rd time. Too expensive to get such a bad meal. I will go elsewhere from now on 😠

1 slice of brisket and 2 slices of turkey for $18. It was pretty good, but the serving size makes it a scam.

The three meat plate came with only two. , no ham and 2 small straps of brisket. His fries ended up on the 2 meat plate that had the chips.  My massive baked potato, apple crumble, and their huge, Giant Chocolate Chunk Cookie  was Amazing! Drinks had a nice selection. Good food!
