We tried Billy Sims about a week ago and really enjoyed it. This time, not so much. I don't know if it was just the Thursday crew or what. I ordered the 2 meat combo and paid an extra $2.99 for sliced brisket. I received 3 small slices of brisket that was so dry that I could pick up each piece and dip it in bbq sauce, without the meat bending or falling apart. My 1 rib I received was so small and dry. This meal definitely not worth the $18.98 that I paid. My husband got a 2 meat combo with bologna and polish sausage both times we ordered. What a difference in those 2 meals. He was pleased 1 time, not so much this order. He received 3 small pieces of bologna, smaller than Oscar Meyer. Definitely not worth $15.99. We will be returning to StoneMill Bbq or Oklahoma Joe's where the quality and quantity seems to be better.

Ordered kids meals, and they packed the containers with SO MANY ONIONS!!! also the paper they wrapped the sandwich with was completely wet, and the side order of beans was mushy. They left off the kids drinks that were supposed to come with the meal as well. Overall, a very subpar experience.
