• 3/20/22I'm new to west bend and am a barbecue nut. Been to bourbon street, Charleston and Dallas...Billy Sims is hands down top 5 best barbecue I have ever had. The brisket and pulled pork were smoked perfectly. Not to mention that their green beans are probably the best I've ever tasted.

• 7/13/26We absolutely love Billy Sims and eat there often. This time we spent 120 bucks and the ribs were super tough. Mac n cheese, coleslaw, beans, and potato salad was fantastic like always. For a hundred bucks we don't want tough ribs

• 9/7/25WOW! I am impressed. This is my first time ordering from here and The Triple 20 was unbelievably good. The coleslaw was on point (would have liked a couple containers of it lol). Great pulled pork and they do give a solid portion. Worth the price in my opinion and will definitely be ordering again soon! I would have taken a picture but my hands were full of BBQ sauce and loving it.

The name says it all "Legendary Spud", and the description of HUGE was spud on!
The pulled pork bbq sammy was so delicious, too.

• 10/20/25The cole slaw we received was old and had a bad smell and taste to it; thankfully we noticed this before putting on our sandwiches, but was still disappointed since that's a big part of the The Triple 20 and got charged extra for it. The rest of the food was good, but finding old cole slaw was REALLY disappointing.
