Delicious!! I love going to Billy's in person and ordering delivery through DoorDash proved just as wonderful! The Papas Queso was fantastic- so simple (just potatoes and cheese); yet, cooked to perfection. I ordered the bacon extra crispy and, boy, did Billy's deliver! The bacon was perfectly crispy upon arrival and, honestly, some of the best Side Bacon I've ever ordered. The Dirty Chai Espresso was also very tasty; plus, it arrived piping hot! A note to fellow orderers: it does taste more like coffee than chai. I'm an avid chai drinker and Billy's makes a fantastic chai! While the dirty chai is good and offers me some extra caffeine, it does have a taste more like coffee due to the espresso.

Absolutely amazing the potato's have so much flavor and the scallion is a perfect touch the Coconut Almond Iced Coffee is so fresh and has such a great nutty taste perfect for fall the Paz's French Toast is literally heaven on a plate 10/10 :)

Food was good but milkshake was too pricy for just more or less a scoop of cheap ice cream and a dash of milk I'm sure if they wanted they could do a lot better with the sizing and 3 slices of skinny looking bacon for five bucks is a tad steep. But the home fries hit the spot.

Billy's downtown diner has the best eggs Benedict in Easton!! The eggs are always perfectly made. The hollandaise sauce is delicious. Love, love, love.

This is my first time eating at this restaurant. The food was excellent. My Pano's Omelette was nice a fluffy not under cooked or over cooked it was just right. The Side Smoked Bacon was cooked just how I like it crispy. The potatoes could have been cooked a little more but they were still good. Five stars will be back again.
