Bincho-Tan has swiftly and easily become my favorite Asian restaurant—ever, anywhere. The freshness, quality, and flavor of the food and beverages are unparalleled. Portions are perfect and I'm always left satisfied. The service is outstanding as well if you ever sit inside, and the owner is so charming. The sushi was top-notch! I absolutely loved how fresh everything taste and the portion sizes were incredible. I will definitely be ordering from there again.

No wasabi nor ginger on .Shrimp Tempura Roll, and the roll itself was not prepared properly as usual (falling apart). PThis creates inconsistency and is not what makes a customer want to return.
