This is the first time ive ever left a review for something on doordash but I felt compelled given that the Birdbox team exceeded expectations in every way. First of all: the packaging. WOW it felt like I was opening up a designer product. Second: the food itself. The chicken was perfectly moist on the inside and the outside had just the right crunch and flavor. The waffle fries were also still hot and crispy even after delivery. The sauces were a nice twist. My hat is off the to team!

While taste and quality were fine, portion was not. I haven't ordered in quite a long time, but the Tenders - Spicy Falcon used to come as about 6 pieces (and is still pictured as 6.) This time, was charged $18 for 3 little tenders not incluing fries and ranch which made the order total about $30. Will not be back for that.

I was a big fan of this place. They recently cut down the portion sizes by over 50%. The strips are tiny and mostly batter so theres no actual chicken. They still charge the same price. Not worth it would not order ever again.

One of the worst chicken sandwiches I've had. We got both spicy and regular and both were way too heavy and oily. There wasn't any discernible flavor-- just an oily mess so we couldn't finish either. Fries were mediocre. Do yourself a favor and go to the bird or hotboys in Oakland instead for a solid chicken sandwich with flavor. Only pro was the beautiful packaging. Shocked that this is the quality coming from a spin-off of a Michelin star restaurant.

Didn't give me fries I ordered, the chicken wasn't fully cooked through and had pink. I had to microwave it due to this reason. The corn bread was different in a good way. The presentation of the order was nice comes in a nice looking box.
