We tried the FUCHKA (pani-puri), the CHICKEN BIRIYANI, and the LAMB BIRIYANI.
They were absolutely incredible. My girlfriend is from West Bengal and says these are all extremely authentic, and the best she has ever had (including her mom's shhhhh). Ive never seen her more over the moon about Indian food, including well regarded restaurants in Austin and Houston.
Bravo, we will be ordering from here plenty in the future!

CHICKEN BIRIYANI was great. It was an explosion of flavors and aroma. I notice the rice is different than in other places. The long rice feels rubbery, but this place uses small grained rice which was soaked in spices. Can't wait to treat my family to this biriyani.

First time ordering from this restaurant and got the GOAT BIRIYANI and FLAN. the biryani rice was very poor quality and dry with far and few goat pieces in between. Flan had the consistency of scrambled eggs swimming in a pool of syrup.

LAMB BIRIYANI was well seasoned and the meat was tender and came apart easily. The quantity was very filling and I like the sweet that came with the meal. Definitely will try again.
