• 3/9/26Some of the best quesa birria tacos I've had, with very flavorful consome. If I had to criticize anything, more cheese on the tacos, and more generous on the rice. Otherwise, worth every penny.

• 6/4/26I'm going to give this 10/10. Being from Culver City, Birria Bitch Culver definitely came through with some bombbbb food! I got the Bitchy Asada WET Burrito and Ramen Birria Noodles, last minute! The Consume was dank too. They came through for sure.

• 1/16/26Basically everything was just ok, but expensive for the quality. This isn't like elevated Mexican food. It doesn't even rival a taco stand. The cheesy tacos and milita were pretty good, the birria ramen was below average and the shrimp burrito was honestly pretty bad. The shrimp burrito (that I think was around $20 plus bucks) was basically just rice and shrimp. To the point that I wondered maybe they ran out of ingredients. Maybe an off night, but just wanted to put the warning out there.

• 10/7/25Portion is extremely small. Burrito is size of the 5 oz cup. Asked for extra meat, but seems like it's just a regular portion. Part of the tortilla is hard like cardboard like they left it on one side too long. For $30 prob would order somewhere else

• 1/3/26The Famous Birria Ramen is crazy salty and the Cheesy Carnitas Mulita where packed in a brown box saturated with grease. Wasted money and still hungry.
