An order of 5 tacos broth is included. If not, you have to pay extra for the broth. Birria tacos are made with cheese and birria, garnish is on the side.

Traditionally you would only find this taco in Zacatecas but I brought it to Albuquerque. It's a hard shell taco with chorizo, potato and grilled onion inside with choice of meat, onion and cilantro on top.
