Very strange that a place that specializes in birria charges extra for consumé. That's literally a required part of birria. Don't forget it or the food is kinda bland. Large portions.

Beef Birria Beef Birria Taco. The meat was way overcooked. It was really dry.
Portion sizes are generous.
Needs a bit more flavor
Consomé was okay.
Birria Quesadilla was great.
Ill give it another try next month

Sooo expensive for no reason. 8 dollars for a taco is wild
