I love the birria tacos and consomé from here but I'm not sure if they had a different cook today. The consomé is watery not fatty like I usually get it, it's bland in flavor , and the birria meat is dry. I only got two limes and have three tacos so that doesn't help either. I'm a little sad that the flavor isn't consistent.

I ordered the birria tacos and as pictured they are queso birria tacos. I got birria meat in a soft taco shell, no crispness to the shell at all. Consome was terrible and just basically red dye that got all over everything. Very bland. Rice is awful, beans awful. Worst $30 I've ever spent. Best thing I got was the bottle of water.

They do not make orders correctly. The taste is bland will not order again.

Birria tacos were extremely bland. Limes were dry and not fresh. Sauce was pure oil! This place is not a good place to eat if you want a decent meal.
