the birria was incredible. hardy. plentiful. flavor is spot onQuesabirria Special. the churros were cool. they are 1 Churros cut into 3 pieces. it has a filling. they were the right texture. hardy outside. soft inside.

I was blown away by the flavor of the Poblano Queso with Chips. The shrimp were chopped perfectly and the extra seasoning on the outside tortilla for the Big Quesadilla was chefs kiss. 10/10 will be back

Couldnt take a pic I ate it too fast lol but the Birria was so flavorful ! Theyre not stingy with the meat either, even the consume had alot of meat in it. 1 of the best Birria places ive had in a minute. The horchata was lacking sweetness but very refreshing

Only being able to thumbs up or thumbs down is wildly poor product management DoorDash, but I digress and to the point. Flavor is good and everything was enjoyable. However, these tacos are very obviously not made completely fresh. Are you guys just sitting on a pile of presumed tortillas and tossing to together? Red and dry. Also the salsa and queso are both stellar, but now to address the packaging. It would be interesting to see how many complaints door dash gets about missing salsa and queso only for a customer to find them at the bottom of the bag and be too embarrassed to message DoorDash to apologize. That's insanity, don't package it like that. You know what people don't want, a spoon in the bottom of their soup. These are just observations tho other than the kind of dry tacos. Fresh, large, would order again etc.
