So so delicious!
Highly recommend the Taco Gobernador - juicy shrimp, sweet and spicy and loaded with flavor. Quesabirria Special were the best tacos we've had - crispy shells, melty cheese and tender shredded beef.

This is the first time we've tried Birrieria Mama Rosa. The food was delicious. We had the Burrito and Torta. The tortas are huge. We also really liked the Loaded Queso with Chips . They don't skimp on the amount of food. We have enough for another full meal.
The food was delivered still hot and neatly packaged. No spills or leaks.
We'll definitely be back again.

Every time that I am in town to visit my parents, I have to order from here. This is my second time and I think everything I've tasted is delicious. They're salsa is amazing. Everyone should try this place.

The Pizza Quesabirria was excellent. I will crave this instead of birria tacos from now on.
Except, I find myself unlikely to crave birria tacos again, because tonight my life was changed by Birria Ramen. I will crave this daily/nightly/constantly forever and ever and ever. Wow.
